Our guest Črt Podlogar walked us through Sensilab’s UX from the first-time purchase to a repeat purchase, explaining how to achieve a 4 to 6% conversion rate and 35 to 45% of monthly return customers. Črt Podlogar presented the UX lesson they learned from launching 5 stores in 22 markets (not all which were successful), “what works and what doesn’t” when communicating with clients along with the technical framework, component parts, structure, contents and efficiency of marketing campaigns.
